A technique in which permanent printing ink is applied to the product using a soft, silicone stamp called a printing pad. In addition to the ink and the pad, you also need a special machine called a pad machine and an image plate (also called a cliché) containing the pattern or image.

Over 150,000 prints a day!

In our print house, we have many types of pad printing machines, which makes it possible for us to print on various types of products - from promotional gifts to industrial products. Our 2- and 3-colour machines are used for printing on small products, whereas Morlock and Tosh machines for 4 and 5 colour prints are used in case of larger products such as mugs, notebooks, routers or clocks. In the printing process we use the highest quality Swiss and German solvent-based inks. We print on pens both manually and using a chain machine, which means we can make as many as 150,000 prints a day. NOTE: For pad printing we use the Pantone colour system.

1. Versatility - by using various shapes of printing pads, we are able to transfer the images even onto atypical, and often irregular surfaces. Depending on the type of the ink used, we can print on different substrates, including glass, metal, wood and plastics.
2. Speed - pad printing enables us to fulfill large-volume orders in a short time.
3. Precision - this method works great for printing on both small and large objects, so it is perfect for application on key rings and pens, as well as decoders, routers, etc. Prints made using this technique are precise and neat.
4. Low price - cost-effectiveness has made pad printing extremely popular, both for low- and high-volume orders.
