Laser engraving is a marking method that uses a computer-controlled laser beam to precisely remove material from the surface of the object.

Laser engraving is a marking method in which a computer-controlled laser beam precisely removes the top layer of the material from the surface of the product. We have Fiber, UV 355nm, MOPA and CO2 lasers for laser engraving on materials such as metal, wood, glass, leather, cardboard, plastics, engraving laminate and stamping rubber. We have all the laser engraving machines used in the advertising market! Fiber 3D lasers, Nd:YVO4 diode lasers with automatic feeders, CO2 plotter and galvo lasers, as well as a 355nm UV laser give us the ability to laser engrave any type of material in a very short time and at very attractive prices.

1. Precision - as the laser beam is computer-controlled, it is possible to reproduce even the most complex patterns, inscriptions and logos.
2. Repeatability - thanks to the use of modern laser engravers, the engraved designa are applied to the whole batch of promo products in an identical way.
3. Longevity - laser engraving means removing the outer layer of the surface of the engraved product. As a result, the engraved design becomes concave, and at the same permanent and resistant to abrasion.
4. Clean process - laser engraving is a tidy and clean method , there is no need for direct contact of engraver with the product.
5. Speed - our engraving machines are extremely efficient, so engraving larger quantities of products in a very short time is not a problem.
6. Size - laser engraving allows for designs with a maximum size of 432 x 726 millimetres.

Attention:

  • Marking colour depends on the colour of the surface.
