DTG printing
Marking groupsIn DTG printing, the ink is digitally applied directly to the garment. The process does not require any pre-production preparation of screens etc. and allows customisation of each single piece without incurring additional costs.
The DTG method involves digital transfer of ink directly to the garment. The process does not require any special equipment preparation, which minimizes the setup costs significantly. Thanks to the use of digital solutions, DTG printing makes it possible to have every single item personalised without incurring additional costs. Using DTG, we get full colour designs with a very high resolution of 2400 dpi. The print quality is incomparably better than that made with screen printing. The prints are 100% ecological because we do not use primer, and the inks themselves are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. NOTE: DTG printing uses the CMYK colour code. It is impossible to obtain an exact Pantone colour. Printing is possible only on light substrates. White colour is not possible.
1. Personalisation - with DTG printing it is possible to create one-off prints, and easy scaling of images means that making different sized prints does not increase costs.
2. Completion date - short waiting time. Often the print jobs are ready even within 24 hours.
3. Quality - the highest (photographic) quality of prints with a resolution of 2400 dpi.
4. Low price - no pre-process setup of screens or other equipment is needed, thanks to which full colour printing is cost-effective even for lower volumes.
Attention:
- Full colour.
- CMYK colour model.
- Print soft to the touch.
